ioSender enhancement: Axis calibration

Yes, I am sure you have way more ideas for features than time but think it worthwhile to at least write them down. I think an axis calibration feature would be a very useful addition. Not terribly hard and a lot of other senders do this but people like it. The tab would allow selecting an axis, specifying the move distance and then inputting the actual distance moved. It would then do the math and update the $10x value.

The Go- button does the return movement (0.5mm overshoot) while the Go+ button does not. Might want to make that clear in the text.

I meant to allow mouse changing of Measured. Probably not necessary.

Not neccesary and only usable with integer fields? BTW there is no numeric input fields in the framework - a 3rd party library has to be included for that.

The return move is done with the overshoot before returning to the original position - to engage the same side if the nut in case of backlash. So which button adds the overshoot depends on the direction of the first move. A separate calibration tab for backlash could be added, shown if backlash compensation is enabled in the controller...

No - the overshoot (and return to the original position) should take care of any backlash even if handled by the controller (if less than 0.5mm - perhaps the overshoot should be increased?).

By changing its color or something? It is the opposite of the one used for the measured move.
