Floating label option for Telerik FormOrientation parameter

FormOrientation property has only two options: Vertical & Horizontal.
While there is another component (FloatingLable) to provide this functionality, it's cumbersome to implement it in manually in the ItemTemplate.

So I request to add this option to the FormOrientation property.
