Thanks for the report. Indeed runSync has this limitation (or bug) which I think is not documented nor tested. I'll check if something can be done (but I'm not sure as verbose mode uses stream which are likely too late in the sync version), otherwise good if you can use run instead in the meantime (async version)

Simple example:
