Tailwind styles not updating in dev mode (caching issue) #815

In dev mode, Tailwind changes don’t show unless .next is deleted and pnpm run dev is re-run.
I tested on two different Mac computers and got the same issue.
This makes it hard to design and iterate on changes efficiently
