CSS config and JS config can be combined, I didn't know this

Even though it might seem obvious in retrospect, my blocker for upgrading to v4 was heavy configuration of the typography plugin, I was under the impression that this locks me exclusively into the JS config.

However, it appears that JS config and CSS config can be conbined. I'm able to use JS config purely to configure the typography plugin, and use the CSS config for everything else, i.e. configure the theme, utilites etc.

I can help edit the documentation to make this clearer. This makes the reliance on the JS config a non-problem for me now, others who are stuck might feel the same way.

Although I'm not clear how the interop works, for example who wins if JS and CSS config define the same color and why.
