On the homepage, under "Create using Swift", there is a button for "Windows apps":

However, the article this button links to doesn't explain how to build Windows app with Swift.

Given its prominence on the home page, the button should link to an easy-to-follow tutorial on how to build a graphical "Hello world" app with Swift and WinUI.
