Why, in the case of setting up the downloads_folder, can I not load the local file through a custom decoder method?

I saw the source code that if uri in the r['_content'], reutrn Encodable, why not return encode.decode(r['_content']['uri']), so that I can load the local file through custom decoder method.

@XuLicong we have refactored this in the latest main. You can create an Encodable with artifact=True and it will save on disk.
