Organic Maps preset

A preset of questions that only make a difference to Organic Maps.

A lot of questions seem useless to me because they don't change Organic Maps. I want a default preset that shows all the questions that make a difference in Organic Maps.

There is built-in feature to enable sharing presets if I remember correctly. If anyone is interested in has such one - feel free to share it!

Making it a core app feature is unlikely (for start it would be likely for CoMaps fork, see #6451) - but maintaining it as a core feature would be likely too troublesome due to upkeep needed.
