What happened?

As I tried to update Stalwart from 0.13.3 to 0.13.4, my Stalwart queue broke and I cannot deliver messages anymore.

How can we reproduce the problem?

I changed the old "stalward" binary to the new 0.13.4 binary.
I am using stalwart-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.tar.gz for my ubuntu destribution.
