For your information, I manually deleted the list and then added it back manually (without using the API), and this time, the list is working. |

That error occurs when the account does not have the receive-email permission. This could be also caused by an inherited permission or role that disables this permission. |

Hi, facing the same problem right now. How should one add the receive-email permission to an email which is only used for mail lists? I can say that the email address which i want to use for the mail list now was an alias of an user account before. EDIT: when i use a "fresh" unused email for a mailing list it works as expected. it looks like permissions are not fully cleaned up when removing an alias from an existing account? EDIT: well, it looks like this is indeed the case. when i export an account with stalwart cli i see in the identities.json file the removed aliases are still there. |

What happened?
On some lists, for reasons I can't determine, upon receiving an email, the following appears in the logs:
NFO DSN permanent failure notification (delivery.dsn-perm-fail) queueId = 234536222119190707, from = "[email protected]", to = ["[email protected]"], size = 828, total = 1, to = "[email protected]", hostname = "localhost", code = 550, details = "This account is not authorized to receive email.", total = 0
How can we reproduce the problem?
Quite random so difficult to reproduce.
I only created a list of a box that redirects to another.
