Why requiring sqlalchemy==1.3.23 #46
Description
I can understand to not support sqlalchemy2 (which, in any case, should probably be done sooner or later) but there's a reason why requiring this specific version and not not just sqlalchemy<2?
Latest 1.x (1.4) seems to work.
