squids library missing from vcpkg, although available under former name hashids

The library squids does not currently exist in vcpkg under its new name, even though the older hashids port is still available and functional.

It would be beneficial to have it available.

Would the maintainers needed to port it? Or is a work made by the vcpkg maintainers?
