StackOverflowError when enabling automatic context propagation in Spring Boot 3.5.6 (Micrometer / Reactor) #3934
Description
I’m facing a StackOverflowError in a Spring Boot 3.5.6 application when enabling automatic context propagation — either via Hooks.enableAutomaticContextPropagation() in code or the equivalent YAML tracing properties.
The issue doesn’t occur at startup but only when I access the application through my frontend (localhost:3000), which makes REST API calls to the backend.
Without automatic propagation enabled, everything works fine.
Does anyone have any idea about this issue?
