Performance degradation with payload and TLS enabled

During our NFT we noticed degradation in gateway's response time after we started to run test with 100k JSON payload. The response time was 1ms without payload and with payload it dropped to 5ms.
We also noticed that when we disable TLS this degradation goes away.
