CF rabbit service instance name is hard coded to rabbit2 #307
Description
This is undocumented and confusing if you set export SPRING_CLOUD_DEPLOYER_CLOUDFOUNDRY_STREAM_SERVICES=rabbit it is not clear that this is an error.
We should consider making this configurable but SPRING_CLOUD_DEPLOYER_CLOUDFOUNDRY_STREAM_SERVICES is not the right variable to hold this property since it could include a list of services in theory.
