App slowed down after upgrading to 15.15.0

Description

After upgrading my app to 15.15.0 I noticed it slowed down by a lot causing navigation events (react-navigation + react-native-bottom-tabs) to freeze for 5-10 seconds after switching screens. Downgrading to 15.14.0 fixed the problem

Steps to reproduce

1. Upgrade react-native-svg to 15.15.0
2. Use the app (navigate to different screens, back and forth)
3. Notice heavy slowdowns

Same problem — after the update, severe performance issues appeared. RN 0.81.5

We have the same issue with the upgrade for React Native 0.81.5 in combination with animation (native or reanimated).

I've also noticed some performance degradation after upgrading. I had to update to 15.15.0 to fix another issue I had, so to try and avoid the performance degradation I looked into patching the changes instead. From what I can tell, the issues seems to stem from here: #2802

I have also noticed sluggishness after updating svg to 15.15.0, took me a lot of time to figure out it was svg causing the issue. 15.14.0 works fine. RN Version: 82.1
