Rotation gesture cannot be rotated

Hi @NaturalGao! It doesn't seem like a Gesture Handler problem - at least it works fine in my case (tested on both, android and iOS). However I've made small change. Try replacing

import { Animated } from "react-native";

with

import Animated from 'react-native-reanimated';

and let me know if it helps
