Proposal: Add CSS files for all the themes? #122

Hey, I'm creating an issue here rather than a Discussion as it appears Discussions aren't enabled for the repo.

I'm curious to hear what the thoughts are on adding the .css files for the rest of the themes. I know they're supported by the command line generator, and are clearly documented as being so. The documentation is good, and very clear on what to do if another theme is desired, and how to generate it. So I'm not complaining about that!

However, given that Github has for now stabilized around the 6 supported themes documented by the gihtub-markdown-css CLI, I'm wondering what the thoughts are on just having those css files be directly accessible here. That is, rather than necessitating the user to download the command line interface in the case that they simply want one of the other four themes.

As I say, looking to get thoughts from the maintainer(s). If approved, I'm happy to submit a pull request with the full set of six themes.
