Simulation is missing something

Step #4 (catkin build) from https://github.com/ethz-asl/rotors_simulator results in errors. OR "catkin_make_isolated" from the Gazebo tutorial results in lots of warnings, and drone that isn't responding to rostopic pub /firefly/..... Actuators
