API Spec reading from Local Mounted Location i.e Docker Folder #501

Is your feature request related to a problem?
To enable full offline mode of the API portal
What solution would you like?
I would love to see this be able to read files from a mounted directory i.e. Docker that can read in the files stored there instead of going out to a GitHub site, this would ensure that the documents are stored locally and it does not need to go outside of the network to display the API specification.
What alternatives have you considered?
None due to only having the ability to provide a GITHub URL
Any additional context?
This would be great so that this is fully offline, I document alot of personal services that I dont load up into GIT repos etc. for security and this change would enable this platform to be used fully offline by providing the options as to where to retrieve the files from.
