Windows 11 reconnect RTU fail

Hi Serhii Marchuk !
Thank you for this wonderfull toolkit.
Normally, I use Modbus Client and Modbus Server under Linux and they are working really great !!

Now I needed to use this tool on a Windows11 machine.

The setup is:
ModbusClient connected via CH340 USB -> RS485 Adapter to two Modbus-Devices @9600 8N1
Pressing "start" everything works fine, "stop" stops the communication.
When I press "start" again, it doesn't work until I unplug the USB and reconnect again.

Error: Failed to set state of 'COM9' serial port. Error code 31.
translated from german: A Device connected to the system don't work

The Adapter is working fine in a Linux-Environment...

Hello!

I have exactly the same issue with the same adapter. Everything is working fine on Linux, and work as you described on Windows 11.

Previously I tried another tools for Modbus protocol for CH340 adapter and all ot them worked with the same issue.

So I decided that something is wrong with drivers for the CH340 on WIndows.

Today I tried with an Adapter using the CP2102 Chip and it works well
