We can add random raid command for Twitch streamer groups.

Describe the solution you'd like
We can create some commands to create and subscribe to Twitch streamer groups.
Adding a Twitch streamer to kampus group.
!agroup kampus usirin
Subscribe to a Twitch streamer group.
!sgroup kampus
and then we can use !rr command for random raid among these Twitch streamers.

These command names are just examples.
