New PyGPSClient GUI Home Page

There's a new PyGPSClient home page at PyGPSClient GUI, complementing the existing GNSS WiKi.

The Markdown README.md will remain in place on GitHub, but I'll endeavour to make the HTML home page a little more end-user friendly.

If there's anything that anyone feels could be added to or better explained in the documentation, drop a comment in this discussion channel.
