We are receiving that error somewhat frequently from our users from different devices (mobile, macOS, windows) and different browsers (chromium, chrome, edge, safari).

Is this an expected exception?

Any update on this issue? It seems to be still a case. Integration with Appcues has having issues in our application for last two weeks.
