Battery life

I'm planning on implementing this with a bbc microbit to be able to track my bike. However I had a quick question: 

How long does the battery last with the included battery pack? I'm hoping that it'll quite a bit, or I can change some settings to make it last long because I'd not like to charge it very frequently.
