Add an alternative file name encryption

As discussed on Discord I already have issues with file name encryption since some vault files are not being backup in my NAS.

I suggest two possible solutions, that could be offered as alternative to the actual system to the user.

First is to add the name encryption to ADS, which you already said could make issues with Cloud Storage.
So, the second is to generate a file where to place the name equivalences. So in that file SecureFolderFS will see that "01.sffs = asdfalkfdjjafjoda81821283".

As you can see, on the left is my vault in my local drive, and on the right the same vault in the NAS backup, but without a lot of files.

This will be solved in Vault V3 (around the time of RC2 release) through the use of Base 4k encoding
