Notify the user if the viewer is using a weak/integrated graphics when a more powerful graphics chip is available. #5576
Description
Sometimes, the SL viewer will run on an integrated graphics card while a more powerful dedicated graphics card is available. If this is detected, open a notification notifying the user.
Test Plan
Test scenarios when running on battery, and the integrated video card should be selected.
