Add BasicAuth feature to Git sync (#17)

* Remove deprecated TFS support.

* Cleanup and refactoring git sync script.

* - Add BasicAuth header config
- Remove testconnection parameter
- changed branch default value to main
- allow empty username
- minor changes and cleanup

* Add parameter AllowedUsernamePattern & IgnoreUsername.

* Update readme and parameter description.
