EEGDashDataset class

Create a simple object that

• Is a derivative class of BrainDecode base dataset
• Takes as input from a JSON string (search key which is the default) or takes as input a list of local BIDS datasets ( bids = ['myapth/ds005514' ]; bids key)
• Do a search using EEGDash.find()
• Return the BrainDecode dataset
