Description

Enable Nix & NixOS support as installation method/target. Notice that adding Nix would enable installation in all Nix-supporting host OSes, not just NixOS.
Optionally, adding Nix pkg building tests to CI.

How I imagine scw could expose this functionality

Adding a Nix file to the repo would enable nix run and would pave the way to add it to official nixpkgs.

I'm open to an external contribution on this. We won't invest time to maintain it but we can be open if the community maintains it. It would be helpful to have it in the goreleaser so that it is integrated natively with our release process
