Context
The current Movie Acquisition Time (hrs) field only supports a default 24-hour option. When a 30-hour acquisition is required, users must manually edit CSV files, which is inefficient and introduces risk of errors. Adding a selectable 30-hour option in the dropdown will remove the need for manual CSV manipulation.
User story
As a user, I want a 30-hour option available in the Movie Acquisition Time (hrs) dropdown while keeping the default at 24 hours, So that I can select the correct acquisition time without manually editing CSV files.

Consider if these features can be featured flagged to decouple testing and deployment.
To be considered successful the solution must allow:
- [ ]The Movie Acquisition Time (hrs) dropdown includes a new selectable value of 30 hours.
- [ ]The existing default value remains 24 hours.
- [ ]Selecting 30 hours is correctly saved and propagated to downstream outputs (including CSV exports).
- [ ]CSV generation no longer requires manual editing to support 30-hour acquisition times.
