Is there any ways to download or save QRcode as png or jpg?

As of now I still did not find a way which I enjoy and is both usable client and server side.

Most of other libraries rely on canvas to render the QRCode. Which requires the browser api to convert it from SVG to PNG/JPG. But adding a full dep just to add canvas support server side is not something I'm looking into.

If you aim to do this browser side you could create a canvas with the SVG input (using the useQrcode composable) make it a jpg and then copy it via document.write. There are planty of stackoverflow suggestions. For server side you would also need to install a library which includes a headless chromium like convert-svg-to-png and do a similar thing.

Will leave this open, as it is definetly something useful to have. Also because this topic is the reason why I haven't started working on adding support for logos and background images
