GPU selector resets spot-standard selector

Describe the bug

1. Start creating a compute server on GCP.
2. Select standard instance.
3. Select GPU.
4. Observe that "standard" got switched to "spot" on its own!

Expected behavior
One selector should not affect others unnecessarily, especially when a decision was JUST made to use a standard instance!

And the main problem here is that users do not notice what has happened. It does not help that machine names on GCP include the word "standard" which is then visible in the description of the compute server.
