README: "Windows Store App" label outdated

The README's first section contains a list, which is visibly a list of ways to install Ditto. The sixth element of that list points to Ditto's entry in the Microsoft Store, but is labelled "Windows Store App".

The Windows Store was renamed "Microsoft Store" in 2017. Moreover, it is not an application (although there is an application available to browse it).
