[Bug] ccusage statusline output "❌ No input provided"

Description

The ccusage statusline output only : ❌ No input provided
The behavior is the same within Claude code the advised configuration from the ccusage documentation:

• Runtime: Bun v1.2.19
• OS: Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS

Same here:

$ npx -y ccusage statusline
❌ No input provided

$ npx -y ccusage -v
15.9.2

$ npx -v
10.9.2

$ uname -r
6.6.99-1-MANJARO

Any suggestion how to debug this? Thanks!

$ ccusage daily
working as expected

$ ccusage statusline
❌ No input provided

• I put npx -y ccusage statusline inside my statusline.sh this doesn't work.
• I then followed the doc and directly add npx -y ccusage statusline in ~/.claude/settings.json it works now.
