Font Size of Code Explorer Not Retained Between Sessions

Description
Changing the Font Size in the CE does not remain after closing Excel and thus the VBE/Rubberduck.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the VBE/Rubberduck (Session A)
2. Adjust Font Size from the font drop down to something other than what is currently selected
3. Close Excel/VBE/RD
4. Reopen Excel/VBE/RD (Session B)
5. The previously changed font size is not retained; apparently a default value is used.

Expected behavior
The adjusted font size in Session B should be the size in the CE set in Session A.
