Feature Request: AIS Decoder for NMEA 0183

I came across your ADSB Deku project, and I really appreciate your work on the Rust-based ADS-B decoder and TUI radar application. It’s a fantastic project!

Would you be interested in developing an AIS (Automatic Identification System) decoder that supports NMEA 0183 messages? Similar to ADS-B, AIS provides valuable real-time vessel tracking data, and having a Rust-based decoder for it would be incredibly useful.

I believe many people in the maritime and open-source communities would find such a tool valuable. If this is something you're interested in, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
