My points on these are:

When: Form my point of you bi monthly is enough and I'd start in September it is summer now. :)
Where: my new company (contenful) would love to host. What about a changing locations? As @lhtdesignde also said that she has a possible host
Who: looking for speakers. Always tough. No idea yet.

I'm working on a guide of sorts. Anything that applies to general planning could also be posted there, so we can make that a sort of overall guide for meetups in other cities/countries :)
