interfases/http/builder/editor.html missing in the inference Windows package

• I have searched the Inference issues and found no similar bug report.

Bug

I instaled 2 versions of the inference installer for Windows, and I cant get to the /builder url on both of them. Then I discovered that the editor.html file was missing on the C:\Users[USER]\AppData\Local\RoboflowInference_internal\inference\core\interfaces\http\builder directory. Copying the corresponding file from the github repository worked well, allowing me to run a sample workflow.
