Issue generating new flashcards

For some reason when I added more cards to an existing note and tried to generate the flashcards, it didn't add the "^#######" tags. I then went to the Anki app and realized that it did actually add the cards, it just didn't add the tags in obsidian. I tried generating the flashcards again and got a bunch of error messages for all the ones that exist but are missing tags. I've copied a screenshot below for reference.

Any ideas on what went wrong and how to fix it?

I was running into the same issue here.
After creating a single-# header title before starting to list the cards, the errors stopped.
I don't know for sure if that fixed it or if something server-side changed but maybe it's worth a try...

Same issue here. New cards are being created, but their IDs aren't being added to the Markdown file causing this issue.

Close Anki and Obsidian, replace main.js with main_166.js downloaded from the zip file, then rename to main.js. Save a backup of the old main.js if you like. Reopen Anki and Obsidian, add new cards to test.
