Tanstack Query in RR7 Framework (SPA)

Does any one know how to properly handle setting up Tanstack query in RR7.
I got it working by using the entry.client file but adding the
just breaks the whole app with errors like this.

Been fighting with RR7 SPA a lot, might be doing something/ a lot of things wrong
