Debug test not stopping at breakpoints PT II

I've just installed this extension after migrating from PHPUnit to Pest.
Even though everything else works fine, when I try to debug a test it doesn't stop at breakpoints

As you can see from the picture, the xdebug starts and will close automatically at the end of the test.

The debug was working fine with PHPUnit

In launch.json I have

        {

        },

I've set 0 here. I've also tried with 9003 and another random port.

Settings in php.ini

zend_extension=xdebug
xdebug.mode=debug,develop
