Code coverage results not shown when using multiple <file> or <directory> entries in <source>

Hi, first of all thanks for your work on this great plugin!

I've encountered an issue when trying to configure code coverage. It seems that if I use more than one <file> or <directory> line inside the <source> section of the phpunit.xml file, the code coverage results are not displayed in the Test Explorer UI.

This behavior does not occur when using a single <file> or <directory>. Here's a minimal example to illustrate the problem:

<phpunit>
  <source>
    <file>src/moduleA.php</file>
    <file>src/moduleB.php</file>
  </source>
</phpunit>

With the above configuration, no code coverage results are shown. However, if I use only one file element, like this:

<phpunit>
  <source>
    <file>src/moduleA.php</file>
  </source>
</phpunit>

…then coverage is shown correctly.

Could this be a limitation in how the plugin reads the configuration, or is there a workaround I'm missing?
