Updating the reading order on the fly

First off, great toolkit, loving it so far. In my app you can filter out chapters (or reorder chaptes) while reading so the reading order changes when this happens. Is there any way I can make the navigator relayout based on the new reading order? (so swiping between chapters is in sync with the reading order the user prefers)

While it's not possible directly, if you have already loaded the Publication object, you could create a new EPUBNavigatorViewController instance (with a different readingOrder in the constructor) to replace the existing one. This should be quite fast.
