Feature: Get current voice from the TTS navigator #757
Description
If the TtsNavigator is initialised without setting a voice in preferences, a voice is selected for us.
In this case there is no way of getting the current voice from TtsNavigator, since navigator.settings.voices is empty.
We would like to be able to show this information to the user.
