Bump react native version to 1.0

As the new arch has been released, it is recommended that the React Native version be upgraded to 1.0.

There have been numerous complaints within the community consistently indicating that the version of React Native has not reached 1.0. The 0.x version is regarded as unstable by some people.

Although I don't care about the version number, beginners may think that the 0.x versions are unstable.

I personally don't see the value in bumping to 1.0. Yes, the new arch release was a major change, but I still we're not there for 1.0. There are still kinks to iron out until we'll be ready for that imho
