Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the repro link
2. Notice the console logs of the first form
3. Type in the first input, blur the input, ...
4. Notice more logs
5. Repeat for the second input and notice no logs until submitted

Expected behaviour

Behaviour should be the same as when Devtools aren't used
