Is python supposed to have code actions?

That is depend on the lsp
e.g. for pyright the action supported:

    code_action = <5>{                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
        codeActionKinds = { "quickfix", "source.organizeImports" },                                                                                                                                                                                             
        workDoneProgress = true                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
      },

As I am not using python that much so I am not sure if code actions are supported for python lsp. The plugin is a GUI wrapper of LSP and will send code_action requests to LSP only when code actions are detected.
