Release package (tarball) no longer has top level directory

In release 2.0.0 the `picotool-2.0.0.tar.gz` had a root directory of `picotool-2.0.0/`

2.1.0 and 2.1.1 lack this versioned directory.  This has broken automated builds in my environment when trying 2.1.0 and 2.1.1.

Can I expect it to go back to the way it was, or should I alter my build systems to use the new tarball structure?  Or something else entirely? ;-)
