Failed to find mail

I have been having this issue since a few weeks ago, it just keeps looping

I have tried different python versions, re-installing python, re-installing the program, different chromium browsers, nothing seems to work. This is not an issue with mail.tm since it does work on another program that generates accounts for mega, but i prefer this program.
